ABOUT ANGELA

Angela is a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and Trauma-Sensitive Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in individual, couples and family therapy with a trauma sensitive approach.  She  has office locations in Bethlehem, Littleton, and Lisbon New Hampshire.  Her practices are based on cutting edge research in the field of Traumatic Studies and Co-Occurring mental health and Substance Abuse treatment.

With over 20 years experience with specialzed certifications in Trauma informed practices and mindfulness strategies as a Registered Yoga Teacher, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are addictions recovery strategies including attachment related difficulties.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Angela has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of practical recovery strategies for teens and adults.

Angela is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding grounded in her own personal journey in recovery she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
